During stay guests have access to their room, a fully equipped holiday room with a queen size bed, air conditioning, a small kitchenette with basic utensils for cooking a meal, a dining table, bathroom with spacious shower, access to the terrace, high speed wi-fi all over the property, free parking. Breakfast is also included in the price.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not
contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for
withdrawal:
More than 3 months before departure No cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month before departure 40% of the booking value
1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of the booking value
In the last week before arrival 90% of the booking value
Dogs are accepted only by arrangement, must always be on the leash. The cost of a pet is €5.00 per day.
By law, smoking is prohibited inside the rooms; visitors can smoke outside on the terrace. We apologize for any inconvenience.
